Norman WilfredPEARSONMay 24th, 1927 - May 21st, 2017. Norman died peacefully at home after a short illness in hospital. He was the greatly loved husband of Marjorie and father of Tim. He was a loving grandfather and great-grandfather. As a child he lived in Norton on Tees and later in Acklam where he attended Acklam Hall Grammar School in the late 1930s and early 1940s. He had a career in teacher training in Merseyside and returned to live in his beloved North Yorkshire in 2003. The funeral will be held at Holy Cross Church, Gilling East on June 1st at 2.00pm followed by a burial. Family flowers only please, but donations to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance would be welcome.
